Experience
Tia has extensive experience treating stress, trauma, chronic pain, depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulties, and personality-related challenges, with a particular interest in supporting clients with chronic pain and trauma. She is a registered provider for WorkCover, TAC, Victims of Crime, and the Forgotten Australians Program.

Tia is a warm, experienced and highly skilled psychologist who supports adults across all stages of life. Her approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person’s needs, and she is committed to providing safe, thoughtful, and effective care. She uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Personal
Outside of work, Tia enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, spending time with others, and watching films.
